Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
- Please provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee may be applied in certain circumstances. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
